Well we did it again. The weekend warriors took a trip on the Chipola River. I can only say pay attention to the distance between the boat landings. We had about six choices and decided to drop one vehicle at the 3rd stop and didn’t realize that we had about 35 miles of travel verses the 18 that we originally thought. Thank god there were 2 nice gentleman that gave us a ride to one of our vehicles. 8 Hours of kayaking was plenty verses another 4.5 hours and then it would have been 11:00 at night. No thank you.
Any how we had an awesome day on the river and the sights were unreal. You have to get out and see all the beauty that is here locally less than an hour away. Look at the attached photos.
