Im here in beatiful down town Los Angeles. I have taken a much needed break to come visit with my daughter. She has been out here for 2 years and is turning 26 on Friday.
The weather here is great 80% and dry and should I say very comfortable. So I have to rub it in.
I took a morning run in Runyon Canyon that is directly behind my daughters apartment. It ttok me over 1 1/2 hours to complete. This was a major leg exercise and cardio, as the incline is unbelievable. Also the way down is very rough as well.If you don’t watch what you are doing you will be eating dirt quicker than you can think.
After that I took a ride over to The Getty Museum for the afternoon. Talk about some great exhibits as well as gardens that are to die for.
Prior to leaving Tallahassee I had noticed that the properties for sale have been getting more showing activity.
It may be because we are in the heart of summer. It may also mean that people are starting to take advantage of the great interest rates. It is truly a buyers market.
With the Tallahassee short sales and foreclosures as well as our normal inventory again you as a buyer have a wide variety to choose from.
I have not had the opportunity to check out the area here as to the Market but when getting here I spoke with someone that lives in Beverly Hills and has had their home on the market for over 90 days and priced competitively and very few lookers.
The market varies from City to City however I feel most have the same opportunity for buyers as well.
