I get asked constantly, when are we going to hit bottom?
Well honestly no one knowes when the prices in our Real Estate industry will hit rock bottom, It may have already come in some areas.
The way the economy is going i feel we will see peaks and valleys as we have over the past couple of years. There definitely has been a few peaks over the past couple of months that got some people motivated to buy and sell.
One has to understand that in today’s market it is all price driven.
If you have your property priced very competitive it will sell. The other factor is the condition and first impression your property gives off to potential buyers. Know your competition go preview what you are up against so you can be prepared in the beginning.
We also know that the foreclosure and short sale market has driven prices down. Dont look at that as a negative because when you reinvest you will make up in the end.
Consult with your Realtor quit putting the inevitable off and get some professional guidance so you can get on with your life as well as improving the economy.
As our inventory decreases you will see the economic conditions improve.
