The new year is here and there are so many things that we are planning to do in the coming 12 months.
The Tallahassee Real Estate market is increasing in sales some, however the values are still on the decline and will be I feel for the next 24 months.
We still have some major correcting to do with the The Tallahassee Homes for Sale as well as the future inventory getting ready to hit the market in the early part of 2012.
Again this is a reason for those that still hesitate to take advantage of the current conditions to get into a home . I have seen homes sell for a fraction of what they were a few years ago. You also have the interest rates still around the 4% give or take. This gives you the opprtunity to own verses paying someone elses mortgage and renting.
The Tallahassee Rental market is very strong as i have said in the past because of the ecomomic conditons and people feel there is no way out but to rent.
There still are many programs to choose from if you want to invest in your future. It is going to take the initiative of YOU to take that first step.
