The Tallahassee Real Estate market is starting to make some changes, and I feel for the better.
We are starting to see more sellers get Realistic on pricing, and also there are still some great homes to choose from when purchasing.
I was out with some Buyers today looking in the $225,000-$250,000 range on the east side in specific school zones and there were some great properties for them to choose from.
What I am trying to say is NOW is the time to buy and sell Real Estate in Tallahassee!!
