The Tallahassee market has definitely made a change for the better. In 2014 inventory has decreased dramatically. The East and Northeast Tallahassee locations are starting to recover faster than others. People are calling me daily to see what is coming on the market in the near future, as the inventory is more limited.

New construction has also seen a major increase in our area such as Centerville Conservation a gated-community located North of Tallahassee off Centerville and Pisgah Church Road. We started with 80 lots that were purchased from a lender in May of 2013 and now have less than 40 lots available.
