At the end of 2015, we moved to the Tallahassee area and began the process of finding a home for our
family in an unfamiliar area. We were planning to retire in whatever home we selected, so we had to
make the right decision. We were very fortunate to be referred to realtor Mike Ferrie by a colleague.

During our first visit, Mike’s personality, knowledge and experience stood out. Mike eased any concerns we had about the process. He listened to our wants and needs and was able to provide local knowledge on schools, attractions, traffic patterns, etc to help narrow our search. We had some personal challenges and Mike never wavered. He would check up on us regularly. Throughout the process, Mike adjusted his schedule for showings and ultimately found us a house we love.

My wife and I first met Mike Ferrie at an open house when we moved to Tallahassee in 2003.
From our first meeting we knew that Mike would become a friend that we could trust and call anytime for information about our new city. Mike worked tirelessly with us to find just the right house that would eventually become our home. Over these past 15 years, Mike has been a great resource of information concerning not only our home renovation but also feedback about our home inspection business that we started shortly after moving here. Recently Mike helped us sell our home so we could relocate to another state where we could be close to family. Several repairs were need to the home after we had already relocated and Mike stepped up and handled each of them so we could close on the property. The transaction proved to be a bit stressful because of some personality issues on the other side but Mike had our back and never complained, but kept his sense of humor throughout the process.
