March is here. The buzz is there will be an influx of new listings hitting the market.
While talking with my associates both Realtors and Appraisers. We all feel that there will be a great deal of new inventory hitting the market starting the first of March.
This is not even what the lending institutions will be putting out there from foreclosures as well as short sales.
