There is a lot to be said for curb appeal and a well maintained yard! If you are trying to sell your home, you have to keep in mind that this is the “first impression” for potential buyers. Cut lawns, trim shrubs, weed and edge gardens, pick up any litter, clear walkways and driveway of leaves, repair gutters and eaves, touch up exterior paint, paint front door, and put fresh flowers in beds and pots. Hopefully paying attention to these details will help that first impression be a lasting one!
