Looking to move into Park Charleston?
One of the best kept secrets in Tallahassee neighborhoods is Park Charleston. Located half a mile north of Capital Circle NE just off Miccosukee Rd, Park Charleston is a residential neighborhood community that has 130 home sites. The Park Charleston development began in 2006 and features contemporary three and four bedrooms with 2 or 2.5 bath homes with square footage ranging from 1,700 square feet to 2300 as well as two car garages. The neighborhood is completely built out and there are no available lots for future development which helps to hold the property values of the homes.
As a licensed Realtor in Tallahassee for 20 plus years and being keenly aware of the best property values in the area, I called Park Charleston my home for more than eight years. Park Charleston offers the perfect mix of neighbors from single professionals, families with children and retirees. The school zone for Park Charleston includes W.T. The Park Charleston Homeowners Association is a great resource and helps to coordinate various neighborhood activities throughout the year.
