I have been out in L A for the last week and have not had a chance to update my blog.
Since I have been back there are definatly more people starting to call about Real Estate.
I feel that with the interest rates starting to increase some of the buyers are getting off the fence.
As for the prices of homes, now is the most competive pricing that has been going on in years.
