Sunday was a great day for a long hike through Torreya State Park. A friend of mine and I spent the day trucking through the woods up and down the hillsides enjoying the beautiful signs of winter. It may not have felt like a winter day since the temperatures were in the 70’s. It was however a fantastic day to get some good exercise and again see what is lurking in our own backyard of Tallahassee and its surrounding area.
I highly recommend for you to take a day trip and check it out or better yet try out the great areas to camp.
