Well we made it thru another week of the sweltering Heat. There are plenty of folks leaving town and going on vacation this time of year. You need to make sure that you keep in mind that when you are gone from your home that is needs to look like there is still activity going on. Call the Postoffice and the Newspaper and have them stop delivery or better yet have a neighbor pick your things up so there looks like activity is still in full swing. Keep your lawn maintained as well as maybe consider putting one of your interior lamps on a timer so that it appears someone is home.
When leaving on vacation always make your home secure and safe before leaving.
