Through virtual tours, Google Hangouts, Skype, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, paperless transaction forms as well as other web-based and mobile applications, we continue to provide convenient, secure, customer-first service to our clients.
This week alone there have been homes shown and sold because everyone is cleaning surfaces, wearing sterile gloves and masks, turning lights on, leaving closets doors open and refraining from touching any surfaces during a home tour and or a home inspection. No doubt these are challenging time we find ourselves in, but we are making sure that everyone remains safe throughout the real estate process.
From lenders to real estate closing and title agents, everyone is doing their part to ensure that both buyers and sellers remain safe while concluding their transaction. Using remote closing sessions, electronic document signing and even curbside service, every precaution is being taken to ensure safety.
