What Next?
Now that the Florida Session is over maybe we can see some movement in our market.
I know many folks have been holding off from purchasing because of job security.
We are hoping that there is some relief in sight.
People still need to relocate and others are staying put because of their current homes value is not worth what they owe on it.
The news is saying that the market is still very stagnant and declining. However we have also seen that the interest rates have dropped over the past couple of weeks which is a positive sign.
I have also noticed that we have been putting more properties on the market and are trying to educate the sellers to price competitive to sell fast.
